Job Description
  • The University of Chittagong is seeking a skilled Hardware Technician – Networking to support its IT infrastructure. The selected candidate will assist in maintaining computer hardware and network connectivity. The role involves identifying technical problems, troubleshooting equipment, and supporting network operations.   • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and networking equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and network connectivity issues.
  • Provide technical support to university departments and employees.
  • Assist with the maintenance of LAN connections and network devices.
  • Monitor hardware performance and report technical problems.
  • Maintain records of equipment, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with the IT team on system upgrades and technical improvements.
