Job Description
  • Jamshing City is looking for experienced Land Surveyors to support its land development and property management activities. The selected candidates will conduct field surveys, measure land boundaries, and prepare accurate plot layouts. The role involves verifying land documents, Mouza Maps, Khatian records, and other relevant property information. Candidates will also prepare field sketches, assist with land subdivision, and coordinate with landowners and relevant stakeholders. The company is seeking skilled and responsible professionals who can ensure accurate land measurement and surveying documentation.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Verify land documents, Khatian, Parcha, Mouza Maps, Dag Numbers, and other relevant property records.
  • Conduct field visits to measure land boundaries, locations, lengths, widths, and total areas accurately.
  • Prepare plots according to specified measurements, dimensions, and development requirements.
  • Prepare hand-drawn field sketches (Kolomi Naksha) based on land measurements, boundaries, and Dag Numbers.
  • Compare land measurements with Mouza Maps and existing land records to identify discrepancies.
  • Assist in land distribution, plot subdivision, road alignment, and preparation of site layouts.
  • Prepare surveying reports and coordinate with landowners, buyers, sellers, developers, and management.
