Job Context
  • Civil constructions such as Flexible Pavement , Rigid Pavement, Bridges, Culverts, RCC drainage structures etc (ii) Computerized toll operation and maintenance of Bridges and Roads.
Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing general HR and Admin operations.
  • Responsible for payroll management and ensuring on-time disbursement of salary. allowances, incentives, bonus as per company policy.
  • Carry out manpower planning to forecast future demand and supply.
  • Ensure on time Recruitment, performance management, Rewards & Recognition, Promotion and Increment, Training & Development etc.
  • Execution of the company's administrative plans, policies, and decisions.
  • Implement HR Plan, policies, strategies, initiatives, Values & Code of Conduct of the company.
  • Maintain a positive congenial work environment in the office.
  • Maintain employee benefit and personnel record with regards to compensation, health and medical insurance, and other state and government regulations.

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM

  • Experience in payroll software.
  • Advanced knowledge in excel.
