Job Context

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the concerned client to collect necessary information for preparing service bills.
• Ensure timely submission of bills to the client within the specified period.
• Collect Cheque, VAT and TAX invoices along with supporting documents and submit to A & F Department.
• Record all collected cheque details accurately in both the register and the computer system.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding outstanding bills.
• Conduct regular client visits as scheduled.
• Supervise the team responsible for bill collection.
