Job Responsibilities

• Graphic Design Specialist for Freelancing Trainer/Instructor/Specialist
• Job Context: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Graphic Design Specialist with proven success in freelancing platforms (such as Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer.com) to join our training team. The candidate will be responsible for mentoring and training aspiring freelancers, preparing them to work professionally and independently in the global marketplace.
• Job Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver structured training modules on graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other relevant software.
• Provide hands-on guidance on real-world freelancing tasks, including logo design, social media graphics, brand identity, and print materials.
• Train students on using freelancing platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, and Freelancer – including profile setup, gig creation, bidding, and client communication.
• Assist trainees in building professional portfolios tailored to attract international clients.
• Create and distribute training materials, project briefs, assignments, and quizzes to reinforce learning.
• Monitor student progress, provide individual feedback, and offer support to help them meet learning objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends in both graphic design and freelancing to ensure course content remains current and market-relevant.
• Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to track trainee performance and recommend improvement strategies.
• Support and motivate students to start and sustain freelancing careers by sharing personal success stories and best practices.
• Collaborate with the training center/organization team to improve curriculum design, manage batch schedules, and contribute to promotional activities.

• Practical work experience in freelancing marketplaces (online and offline)
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both Bangla and English
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and digital trends
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Google Workspace, WordPress, etc.
• Proficient in MS Office Package (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Track record in working with curriculum and learning materials development
