Job Context
  • This position is based in Head Office of DAM Foundation for Economic Development (DFED).
  • The person will be required to successfully carry out the Administrative & Human Resource related functions. We are looking for a young energetic, dynamic, efficient person to fill up position. This position requires knowledge, Administrative skills and serving attitudes to work under Admin & HR Department.
Job Responsibilities
  • To handle recruitment process, Orientation/Induction program etc. and to take key role in HR routine work in DFED;
  • Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees;
  • To follow the advice of line managers and strongly follow policies and procedures;
  • To ensure/prepare transfer, increment, promotion, separation, confirmation and exit process related work;
  • Monitoring manpower requisition issues;
  • To Prepare / Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues;
  • To ensure all human resource related Staff’s Data are properly maintain and updated;
  • To prepare personnel file of the staffs;
  • Keep track of yearly employee performance appraisal and ensure appraisal process is completed timely;
  • Ensure annual increment process is done timely following the recommendation of management based on outcome of performance appraisal;
  • Provide support to set and prepare JD for different position;
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential office documents.
  • Maintain & Arrange Meetings, seminars and organizing different event management to develop employee skills and organizational culture.
  • Ensure all the HR data are stored in HRM software including employee data base, recruitment related data, appraisal data;
  • Sound knowledge on Computer & command in English;
  • Manage leave, movement & attendance of employees;
  • Arrange travel and accommodations.
  • Ensure office assistant & cleaner service.
  • Provide secretarial support for all staff’s.
  • Any other special task given by the authority

  • Salary: Grade-7, Gross Salary including [Provident Fund, Gratuity Fund, Other Fund, Mobile Bill and Insurance] Tk. 41,030/- per month. Other Allowance: Daily lunch allowance 200/- taka.
