Job Responsibilities

• Position Overview
• We are looking for a talented Videographer & Video Editor who can conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging video content for brand promotions, product launches, social media, and advertising campaign.
• Key Responsibilities
• Plan, conceptualize, and produce trendy social media reels, product videos, and campaign content.
• Shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & OnePlus channels.
• Manage the creative production workflow — scripting, shooting, editing, publishing.
• Stay updated with latest social media trends, meme culture, and smartphone industry content.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and retail teams for product launch content.
• Ensure content follows OnePlus global brand guidelines and the local market tone.
• Manage content schedules, optimize posting times, and maintain consistent brand presence.
• Direct photo/video shoots for events, partner meetings, product demos, and influencer collaborations.
• Analyze content performance and recommend improvements.

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in video editing and social content creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop/Illustrator, CapCut/VN.
• Experience with DSLR/Mirrorless shooting & studio lighting.
• Ability to create viral, trend-based reels.
• Strong creativity, storytelling, and fast execution capability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Film, or a relevant field.
• Understanding of Bangladeshi social media trends and smartphone content.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver multiple contents weekly.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead small creative teams.
• Willingness to travel for events and product launches.
• Portfolio Requirements
• 5–7 best reels edited by the candidate.
• A product promotional video.
• A social media storytelling video.
• Any previous smartphone/tech brand content (optional but preferred).
