    Education

    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Production of different indoor plants, flower plants, shrubs and trees. Multiplication of plants through vegetative means i.e. grafting, cutting, layering, budding and so on regarding this.
  • Determine types and quantities of horticultural plants to be grown, based on budgets, or executive directives.
  • Overseeing and improving the daily functions of the nursery. Assigning work schedule and duties to nursery workers and supervise their works.
  • Maintaining nursery stock register of plants & others necessary elements and reporting to the management.
  • Overseeing pest & disease management, fertilization, irrigation and other intercultural operations.
  • Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by management.
