Job Description
  • A spinning mills industry need a dynamic person who is expert to SCM
    • Requirements

    Education

    • Bachelor degree in any discipline in economics, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)

    Additional Requirements

    • Age 30 to 35 years

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Planning the task schedule for Spinning mills
  • Looking after the overall part of SCM that includes Procurement, Contract Management, Vendor Management, Logistics & inventory Management.
  • Ensuring the process of procurement, inventory, supply, logistics and distribution.
  • Responsible for making sure that each step of the process is being performed effectively.
  • Constantly communicate with key personnel in procurement, manufacturing, inventory control, logistics and distribution department of the organization to ensure that the objectives of each 'SBU-Value Chain' is achieved.
  • Communicate with the Finance & accounts departments to ensure the easy flow of budget. and cash
  • Ensuring the minimum stock level of materials for the smooth operations of each SBU.
  • Achieving the optimum efficiency of stock management (a week for each step-pipeline, transit, floor, ware-house)
  • Maintain good relationships with Suppliers and ensure that the flow of materials available at minimal cost and best quality with JIT delivery.
  • Maintain multiple supplier contacts and update them as prompt.
  • Examine the process at hand and take steps for improvement and cost reduction.
  • Vendor sourcing to fulfill spinning purchase requirements
  • Vendor assessment and ensure quality products with minimum price.
  • Market visit and new vendor development.
  • Prepare monthly and yearly budget and ensure proper execution of budget.
