Job Context

• Manage Territory to achieve Sales Targets as per annual sales plan. Identify, understand and communicate customer, industry, and end-user needs to the Organization.
• Develop strong, effective multi-level customer relationships. Anticipate and deliver on customer needs, Self-motivation, and self-management.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop prospective customers and sales leads and retain the existing customer base.
• Travel throughout assigned territory to call on current and prospective customers. Search the dealer & assist management in sourcing the best dealer.
• Monitoring on-time payment by the dealers. Observe the condition of the farm.
• Monitor the performance of own product & competitors` products.
• Give technical direction if found any requirements.
• Achieve Target and Market Expansion. Encourage people to establish new farms.
• Follow-up daily sales and report to Head Office for the present situation.
• Frequent market survey and report to Head Office.
• Any other tasks as assigned by management.
