Job Context

• We are looking for some enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresher to join our Commercial team. The selected candidate will assist in managing export/import documentation, liaising with buyers, suppliers, and freight forwarders, and ensuring smooth commercial operations within the RMG business.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining all export/import documents (LC, Invoice, Packing List, BL, etc.).
• Communicate with banks, freight forwarders, C&F agents, and other stakeholders regarding shipment and payment updates.
• Support the team in LC opening, amendment, and realization processes.
• Maintain shipment tracking and follow up on on-time delivery schedules.
• Assist in preparing commercial reports, costing summaries, and maintaining documentation files.
• Coordinate with the merchandising, accounts, and production teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant export/import regulations.
• Any other tasks assigned by the management.
