Job Context

• Athletika, a wellness and fitness centre, and a part of a reputed organisation committed to transforming Bangladesh`s fitness landscape, is looking for a passionate and dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee and support its housekeeping operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness across all 4 floors of 3,500 sft each of Athletika Wellness.
• Ensure regular cleaning, proper hygiene standards, and maintenance of activity floors, washrooms, cafeterias and all common areas.
• Assign & supervise housekeeping supervisors & staff and train selected members to maintain consistent service quality across all sites.
• Conduct daily inspections and report on cleaning standards, maintenance needs, and supply requirements.
• Manage cleaning materials, consumables, and equipment to ensure timely replenishment and cost-efficient usage.
• Develop, update, and enforce operating procedures related to all housekeeping matters.
• Ensure all floors and shared areas remain presentable and ready for members, visitors, and events at all times.
• Work closely with cafeteria, maintenance, and front desk teams for smooth operations and quick issue resolution.
