Job Context

• Kohinoor Chemical Company (Bangladesh) Limited is the oldest and largest national Soap, Cosmetics, Toiletries and Household products manufacturer and marketer of Bangladesh. The company is popularly known by the historical brand "Tibet" since its inception in 1956. Besides "Tibet", some of its very popular brands are Sandalina, Fast Wash, Ice Cool, Bactrol, am.pm, Clean Master etc. Both the factory and the corporate office are located at Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka.
• Product Range: Bath Soap, Washing Soap, Skin Care, Hair Care, Oral Care, Baby Care, Health Care, Personal Product, Men’s Product, Fragrance, Detergent and Household Items.

Job Responsibilities

• To lead and oversee nationwide market surveys and retail audits
• To ensure robust tracking of distribution, availability, visibility, promotions and shelf share
• To monitor competitors’ activities, new launches, market intelligence & trends
• To ensure data integrity, validation and timely reporting to management
• To ensure cost optimization, risk management and control mechanisms for field operations
• To make reports on issues directed by the management as and when required
