• Design detailing ও construction knowledge

Job Responsibilities

• Develop Residential and Commercial Interior design concepts, drawings, and 3D visualizations.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings (Layout, Working, Shop Drawing)
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project teams
• Ensure design compliance with BNBC and local authority regulations.
• Supervise project execution and site progress when required.
• Review and approve materials, finishes, and design specifications
• Meet clients to understand requirements and present design solutions
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Guide junior architects and design team (for Sr. Architect)
• Ensure quality control and design consistency.
