• Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Communicate with clients via phone, inbox, and comments
• Handle customer queries and ensure smooth order processing
• Coordinate orders from confirmation to delivery
• Assist in product sourcing and supplier communication
• Maintain daily reports and organize business data
• Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
