Job Context

• Develop and produce high-quality motion graphics and visual assets for videos, advertisements, social media, websites, and other digital platforms in line with organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with directors, editors, and cross-functional creative teams to translate concepts, briefs, and scripts into effective and visually compelling motion content

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and produce high-quality motion graphics and visual assets for videos, advertisements, social media, websites, and other digital platforms in line with organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with directors, editors, and cross-functional creative teams to translate concepts, briefs, and scripts into effective and visually compelling motion content
• Create animations, title sequences, lower thirds, transitions, and visual effects using industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant editing tools.
• Prepare style frames, storyboards, and visual presentations to communicate creative direction and motion design concepts prior to production.
• Ensure all deliverables maintain consistency with the company’s brand identity, including typography, color palette, tone, and overall visual standards.
• Edit, composite, and integrate graphic elements with live-action footage where necessary to achieve a seamless final output.
• Review and optimize final deliverables for various platforms, including broadcast, digital, social media, web, and mobile applications.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and/or clients to understand project objectives, gather requirements, and incorporate feedback in a professional and efficient manner.
• Remain informed of current industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in motion graphics, animation, and video production to support continuous creative improvement.
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Working with the marketing team to align with campaign goals and meet strict deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest editing software, tools, and industry trends.

• 3 to year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age 30 to years
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in professional motion graphics design.
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Previous experience handling aesthetic, medical, or beauty-related content is preferred.
• Strong creative vision and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Able to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
