who can independently plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid marketing campaigns.
This is not an execution-only role — it requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and full
accountability for performance metrics such as ROI, CPR, and revenue growth.
Education
- Bachelor degree in any discipline

Responsibilities & Context
1. Paid Advertising & Scaling
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads
Manage and scale campaigns with daily budgets of $1,000–$3,000+
Continuously optimize to reduce Cost Per Purchase (CPP/CPR) while maintaining strong
ROAS
Execute both testing strategies and high-budget scaling campaigns
Build and optimize retargeting, remarketing, and lookalike audiences
2. Data Analysis & Performance Optimization
Monitor daily performance and generate actionable insights
Identify performance gaps and optimize accordingly
Forecast trends and proactively adjust campaign strategies
Provide proof of past performance (reports/screenshots showing ROI & CPR
improvements)
3. Funnel, Website & Tracking Management
Manage full-funnel performance for eCommerce operations
Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot:
Meta Pixel
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Conversion API
Optimize landing pages and checkout flows for higher conversions
Conduct UX audits, heatmap analysis, and CRO improvements
4. Retention Marketing (WhatsApp & Email)
Develop and manage WhatsApp marketing workflows & automation
Lead nurturing
Order follow-ups
Repeat purchase strategies
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
Audience segmentation
Open rate & CTR optimization
Conversion-focused automation
5. Creative Strategy & Copywriting
Write high-converting ad copies with strong hooks and storytelling
Guide creative and content teams to produce performance-driven assets
Analyze creative performance and iterate based on data insights
Apply strong understanding of buyer psychology and market behavior
6. Strategy, Coordination & Ownership
Plan and track daily, weekly, and monthly marketing targets
Coordinate with content, design, and operations teams
Ensure alignment across departments to achieve growth targets
Take full ownership of performance — results over excuses
Required Skills & Competencies
Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
Strong expertise in ROI, CPR, and performance analytics
Experience in funnel building and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Hands-on experience with WhatsApp automation & email marketing tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently under performance pressure
Up-to-date with market trends, algorithms, and AI tools
