• Overall project coordination and management.
• Supervision of the construction of the hospital building and infrastructure development.
• Implementation of policies and strategic decisions.
• Fud Raising initiatives from prospective shareholders.
• Coordination among Developers, Architects, Consultants, Contractors & Hospital Management.
• Procurement planning and high-value procurement management.
• Recruitment training & team development.
• Preparation of reports, documentation & ensuring operational readiness for hospital launch.
• Ensure timely completion and successful commencement of hospital operations.
