Job Context

• We are seeking a Skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience in building electrical systems. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems in residential or commercial real estate projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine electrical maintenance and inspections of building systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in lighting, power distribution, and control systems.
• Maintain electrical panels, DB boards, generators, UPS, and related equipment.
• Ensure proper functioning of lighting systems, pumps, and electrical accessories.
• Respond to emergency electrical breakdowns and resolve issues quickly.
• Follow safety standards and ensure compliance with electrical regulations.
• Maintain maintenance logs and report technical issues to the supervisor.
