• Your Role: Client & Vendor Coordinator (Night Shift)
• You’ll serve as the communication bridge between Skydo and our international partners, ensuring operations run smoothly every step of the way.
• Work Days: Monday–Friday
• Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and vendors professionally and promptly
• Resolve issues and manage service expectations efficiently
• Coordinate with internal teams for successful task execution
• Monitor vendor performance, negotiate terms when needed
• Compile and share improvement suggestions and reports
• Help onboard new vendors and clients for seamless transitions
• Immediate joiners and candidates with prior international experience will be prioritized.
