Job Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
  • Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Record and update customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Follow up on pending issues until resolution
  • Coordinate with other departments (sales, technical, delivery) when needed
  • Process orders, refunds, or service requests (if applicable)
  • Meet performance targets (response time, resolution rate, customer rating)
  • Maintain company policies and communication standards
