Job Context

• Have to deal with in-house and outdoor court activities (as per requirement).
• A competent associate lawyer is required for the chamber that possesses strong determination, leading capacity & can work under pressure.

Job Responsibilities

• Vetting & drafting of various contracts & other drafts.
• Providing legal opinion on different issues.
• Dealing with cases.
• Case related drafting.
• Lead & supervise the works of junior associates.
• Prepare legal documents, W/S, prepare legal files, send case updates to superiors through email time to time and other related work as required.
• Will perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
