Job Context

• We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Civil Lawyer with a 1-5 years of post-qualification experience to manage the civil legal affairs for our Group of Companies. if Qualified Freshers Are Also Encouraged To Apply.
• The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice, manage complex litigation, and ensure the protection of the Group’s interests across various sectors including real estate, commercial contracts, and labor relations.

Job Responsibilities

• Litigation Management: Represent the Group in civil courts, tribunals, and arbitration proceedings. Manage external counsel and oversee the progress of all civil suits.
• Contract Lifecycle Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, lease deeds, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Property & Land Affairs: Oversee title verification, due diligence, and legal documentation related to property acquisition, management, and disputes.
• Corporate Advisory: Provide proactive legal opinions on civil laws, land laws, and regulatory compliance to various business units within the Group.
• Dispute Resolution: Lead mediation and out-of-court settlement processes to minimize legal risks and costs.
• Compliance: Ensure the Group adheres to all local and national civil regulations and statutory requirements.
