Job Context

• ABS Construction one of the leading Construction Firm in Bangladesh. We are looking for a suitable candidate for the mentioned position;

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement plans for the effective use of material and labor resources to achieve project development.
• Oversee the regulation of work shift to ensure proper workload distribution
• Monitoring team to ensure operations are in compliance with health and safety standards
• Schedule the maintenance of project material to ensure efficient operations
• Analyze and provide solutions to project challenges or problems
• Liaise with the quality assurance department to ensure quality and specification are consistent
• Collaborate with marketing and sales staff to implement strategies that’ll improve the marketability of projects
• Oversee the procurement of raw materials and equipment required for project
• To delegate and assign work schedules and tasks to technical employees.
• To implement action plans to ensure a cost-effective and high-quality Development.
• Motivate a work team to achieve set objectives and target by setting up rewards for an achievement.
• Oversee the all administrative, Safety and Security functions accordingly.

• Masters degree in any discipline
