  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
  • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll support
  • Maintain employee relations and handle grievances

    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in in HRM

  • Oversee factory administration (security, transport, facilities)
  • Manage vendors and support services
  • Ensure workplace safety and coordinate HSE activities
  • Prepare HR/Admin reports for management
  • Addressing employee concerns and grievances in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Ensuring that workplace policies and procedures are followed.
  • Ensuring HR policies and practices comply with labor laws, industry standards, and organizational guidelines
  • Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment by monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Supporting Head of HR/Reporting Manager in Departmental day-to-day operations.
