Responsibilities & Context
Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Assist in employee onboarding, orientation, joining formalities, and induction programs.
Employee Records & Documentation
Maintain and update employee personal files, appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer, promotion, and other HR-related documents.
Ensure proper maintenance of attendance, leave, and employee database records.
Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support
Monitor daily attendance, leave records, overtime, and absenteeism reports.
Coordinate with Accounts/Finance for payroll inputs, salary processing, and final settlement documentation
HR Policy & Compliance
Ensure implementation of company HR policies, rules, and disciplinary procedures.
Maintain compliance with Bangladesh Labour Act, company regulations, and statutory requirements.
Performance Management
Support KPI, KRA, probation review, performance appraisal, and employee evaluation processes.
Maintain appraisal documentation and performance review records.
Employee Relations
Address employee grievances, workplace issues, and HR-related concerns in a professional manner.
Promote positive employee relations and workplace discipline.
Training & Development
Coordinate employee training, skill development programs, and internal workshops.
Maintain training calendars and employee development records.
HR Reporting
Prepare monthly HR reports including manpower status, attendance summary, turnover report, recruitment updates, and leave analysis for management review.
Administrative Support
Support office administration functions as assigned by management, including staff logistics, ID cards, and internal communication.
Other Duties
Perform any other HR and administrative responsibilities assigned by the Head of HR / Management from time to time.
