Job Context

• A reputed company is seeking a skilled and hardworking Sub Assistant Engineer (Survey) to join their team. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in land surveying activities across various project sites.
• The role involves field data collection, mapping, and supporting engineering teams to ensure accurate project planning and execution. The candidate will work closely with senior engineers to carry out surveying tasks and maintain technical accuracy in all field operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage full procurement cycle from sourcing to delivery
• Prepare and handle RFQ, RFP, Tender & Comparative Statements (CS)
• Ensure compliance with NGO & Donor procurement guidelines
• Conduct price negotiation and cost optimization
• Prepare Purchase Orders (PO), contracts & agreements
• Coordinate with project, finance & store departments
• Monitor quality, delivery timeline & supplier performance
