Job Context

• A reputed company is seeking a skilled and hardworking Sub Assistant Engineer (Survey) to join their team. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in land surveying activities across various project sites.
• The role involves field data collection, mapping, and supporting engineering teams to ensure accurate project planning and execution. The candidate will work closely with senior engineers to carry out surveying tasks and maintain technical accuracy in all field operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in architectural design, planning, and development of projects.
• Prepare 2D & 3D drawings (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
• Develop concept design, layout plan, and presentation drawings.
• Coordinate with senior architects, engineers, and project team.
• Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress.
• Ensure design accuracy and compliance with RAJUK rules and regulations.
• Prepare working drawings, BOQ, and design documentation.
• Assist in client presentations and design modifications.
• Maintain proper documentation of all architectural works.
