Job Description
  • Assurance Farm OPC is looking for a skilled and responsible Meat Quality Control (QC) Officer. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and hygiene of meat and meat-based products throughout the production and supply chain.
  • The role involves monitoring raw materials, production processes, packaging, and storage to ensure compliance with food safety standards and company quality policies. The candidate must have knowledge of food safety systems and quality control procedures.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Ensure the quality, freshness, and hygiene standards of meat products.
  • Monitor quality control during slaughtering and meat processing operations.
  • Maintain proper temperature control, storage, and cold chain management.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Inspect raw materials and finished products regularly.
  • Prepare daily QC reports and maintain proper documentation.
  • Ensure product quality from processing unit to retail outlets.
  • Conduct regular inspections of meat display, storage temperature, and hygiene conditions at outlets.
  • Provide guidance and training to outlet staff on quality and hygiene standards.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
