Job Context

• Messrs Moni Enterprise-New (bKash Distribution) is looking for skilled and experienced Distribution Sales Supervisors (DSS) to strengthen its sales operations. The selected candidates will be responsible for managing distribution channels, achieving sales targets, and effectively supervising field-level sales teams within assigned areas.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage distribution sales operations in assigned areas
• Set sales targets and guide the team to achieve them
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and customers
• Identify and expand new markets/outlets
• Monitor daily activities and evaluate team performance
• Ensure proper product supply and stock management
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer demand
• Implement company policies and sales strategies
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management
• Provide training and guidance to team members as needed
