Job Context

• Messrs Moni Enterprise-New (bKash Distribution) is looking to recruit Distribution Sales Officers (DSO) to expand its sales network and strengthen its market position. The selected candidates will be responsible for direct sales operations in assigned areas, developing new outlets, and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure direct sales of products in the assigned territory
• Develop new dealers and retailers to expand the market
• Visit outlets regularly as per daily visit plan
• Work actively to achieve sales targets
• Collect orders and ensure timely delivery
• Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities
• Ensure proper product display and brand visibility
• Prepare and submit sales reports
• Participate in collection (dues recovery) activities
• Implement company sales strategies and guidelines
