Job Context

• Sinha Agro-based Industries is seeking an experienced Manager to efficiently and modernly manage its poultry and livestock operations. The selected candidate will oversee breeder farms, hatchery operations, commercial broiler production, and overall animal husbandry management. The key focus of this role is improving production efficiency, ensuring strict biosecurity, and maintaining high-quality output.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise overall poultry breeder farm and hatchery operations
• Ensure quality production of Day-Old Chicks (DOC)
• Manage and monitor commercial broiler production processes
• Maintain biosecurity, vaccination, and animal health management
• Control proper use of feed, medicine, and other inputs
• Reduce production cost and improve operational efficiency
• Supervise farm staff, provide training, and evaluate performance
• Coordinate with veterinary team for disease prevention and treatment
• Prepare regular production and performance reports for management
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies
